Out of all the trials and experiences in my life, learning to play the guitar has absolutely been the hardest! I started to teach myself how to play the guitar around 13 years old. As you may have read before, I spent my birthday money on a guitar and then proceeded to find free guitar lessons. When the free guitar lessons got me NOWHERE, I decided to decipher the guitar myself.
After about 6 months of teaching myself, I gave up; however, I quickly realized I had made the wrong decision and decided to go back to learning how to play the guitar. When I did, I jumped all in head first. I spent countless hours EVERY day learning how to play. Around the 1 year mark is when the basics began to click… but just like everything, the basics is not nearly all there is to playing the guitar. When all was said and done it took me almost 3 years to fully learn how to play.
This is why I have created this course: to simplify the struggles I had so others may benefit from it, and to help others learn the guitar FASTER and EASIER than I did. Finally, to all beginners learning how to play the guitar, persistence and practice are vital to your success. So when you are on the verge of quitting, DO NOT GIVE UP!
